Hola Henry, pido por favor, que siempre envié email para  reddes.bvs-tech at listas.bireme.br  donde hay más personas que puede ayudar de forma más rapida sus dudas

Cuando hace ese comando:

> ./retag LILACS unlock

Cual es el error que ocurrí?

Estimado Marcos,

Soy Henry el administrador de la parte tecnologica de la Biblioteca de la Facultad de Ciencias Medicas - Universidad Central del Ecuador

El problema es el siguiente nosotros tenemos Lildibiweb 1.7a en Microsoft win 7 pro 32 bits, Apache 2.2.18, Php 5.2.17.

Nuestra aplicacion estaba funcionando perfectamente, tubimos un corte de luz y nuestro servidor se apago bruscamente, al reiniciarlo aparentemente estaba bien.

Pero al momento que los usuario quieren certificar un registro les muestra este mensaje: LOCK=2

Revise el sitio de soporte el cual indica como hacer un desbloqueo, pero no funciona

./retag LILACS unlock

Nos puedes ayudar con algunas instrucciones para corregir este problema.

O de una vez como migrar los datos a Lildbweb 1.7b
