Desculpe pela demora em responder a sua mensagem...

Esse parece ser o mesmo erro que acorreu anteriormente. Pelo o que eu lembro, estavam faltando arquivos que faziam parte da estrutura padrão do DirEve.
Lembro também que resolvemos isso instalando novamente o pacote do DirEve e sobrescrevendo a nova instalação pela antiga.
Esse procedimento garante que todos os arquivos do DirEve estarão dentro da sua estrutura padrão, mantendo também as configuração da instalação antiga.
Sugiro que refaça esse procedimento e, caso o problema persista, entre em contato novamente conosco para que possamos encaminhar uma nova solução, ok?

OBS: Recomendamos fazer backup da atual instalação de DirEve antes de realizar esses procedimentos.
