[Reddes.bvs-tech] Problemas no acesso a aplicação.

Olá, Júlio!

Verifique se no arquivo php.ini a diretiva short_open_tag está *On*. Caso
contrário, altere para esse valor.
Depois disso, reinicie o Apache e faça um teste para saber se o problema
foi resolvido, ok?
