[Reddes.bvs-tech] Error timeout en administrador LOGIN BVS-Site

Estimados:

Quisiera consultarles si hay alguna otra forma de iniciar sesión en el administrador del BVS Site 5.2, ya que me da error de timeout al querer hacerlo.

-       Ya configuré un mayor tiempo en el bvs-site-conf.php pero no se ha solucionado.

-       Borré también archivos temporales.

Puede ser que haya afectado algún corte de energía eléctrica alguna sesión, el sitio de la BVS funciona correctamente pero no puedo ingresar al administrador.

Nuestro servidor actual es (próximamente a ser renovado):


-       Windows Server 2003 (sp2)

-       IIS 6.0

-       PHP 5.2.17
