Marcos,

A versão 1.7b acabou de ser instalada e nunca foi usada aqui na 
instituição, agora está rodando em ambiente de teste justamente pela 
falha apresentada na versão 1.7. Talvez a falha tenha acontecido pela 
falta de algum requisito de instalação.
