[Reddes.bvs-tech] Problemas en la ejecución de wxsis1660

Buen dia,

Ya descargue y reemplace el wxsis1660.exe y sigue presentando la misma
falla.

Adjunto errores arrojados por apache con el objeto de verificar si
identifican alguna pista para solventar la situacion:
