Roberto, busquen en el código variaciones y en especial, tags <iframe> que están llamando a otros sitios. Entra a Google.com/Webmaster, si no tienes cuenta haz lo que dice para validar y pidele que busque malware. Normalmente te indica en qué archivo está el problema.
